Mr. Feldman is the Founder and President of AJ Feldman Financial, a registered investment advisory firm, where he creates and monitors comprehensive financial plans for clients. He is a former Investment Management Associate at Mesirow Financial in Chicago. He is a Certified Financial Planner (CFP®) and member of the National Association of Personal Financial Advisors (NAPFA), has passed the series 7 and 66 exams, and holds an Illinois insurance license. He is frequently quoted in financial publications such as The Wall Street Journal, Market Watch, Smart Money, The AARP Bulletin and Investment News.
Mr. Feldman is a former member of the board of directors, and a current member of the development committee, of the Center for Independent Futures, a nonprofit in Evanston, Ill. that provides young adults with disabilities access to opportunities to lead a full life. He is on the Investment Committee of Surviving And Moving Forward: The SAMFund for Young Adult Survivors of Cancer. The SAMFund is a 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization whose mission is to distribute grants and scholarships that enable young adult survivors to move forward with their lives after cancer. He is also a member of the Israel Bonds Chicago Campaign Advisory Council, and a supporting member of the Association for Practical and Professional Ethics.
